Using body and breath each of the yogas focus on uniting the mind, body and soul.  Kundalini Yoga uses a sequence of grouped actions, kriyas,  believed to stimulate the endocrine and central nervous system.

We combine the power of breath with postures and hand symbols layered over vibrational sounds.  Kundalilni kriyas practiced along side traditional meditations restore physical vitality and increase awareness of mind.
